Build once, automate everywhere

Action template automation is now available, letting you embed automation directly inside action templates. This means your automation logic follows your actions wherever they're used – in flows, workspaces, or one-off tasks. Configure once, apply everywhere. From onboarding to approvals, the same automation logic can support dozens of scenarios without repetition. Create tasks that trigger webhooks, assign follow-ups, or sync data to your CRM – all while saving hours of setup time and reducing manual errors.

Connect your workflows, no middleware required

Our Flow Trigger framework now supports direct integration with third-party apps like Salesforce and HubSpot. Launch flows automatically when a deal closes or a lead converts – no Zapier or custom code required. This means fewer delays, simplified setup, and tighter alignment between your CRM and client processes. Kick off onboarding flows the moment a deal closes without manual intervention.

Collect data without the signature dance

The new PDF Form action lets clients complete fillable PDFs directly in Moxo without requiring signatures. Perfect for information gathering, surveys, or any scenario where you need structured data without formal sign-offs. This enables faster client responses, cleaner data capture, and automatic extraction of all form fields for downstream workflow steps.

Say goodbye to manual field placement

DocuSign integration with anchor tags pre-positions signature fields automatically using text markers and coordinate offsets. Combined with file DDR, documents flow seamlessly from PDF Form actions to DocuSign, with all signature fields in the right places. No more dragging, dropping or re-uploading files. Clients move directly from form completion to signature in a single seamless experienc

Know exactly what you're looking at

Both Workspace and Action Management dashboards now feature advanced filtering with up to 10 conditions using AND/OR logic, saved custom views for recurring reports or team dashboards, new Kanban board layout to visualize status at a glance, and expanded filter types covering workspace status, tags, owners, and more. This helps you instantly surface bottlenecks, track overdue tasks, and customize your view based on priorities, teams, or client segments.

Hear it again (and search it)

Meeting recording transcription is now available as a premium add-on. Every recorded meeting includes a full transcript with timestamp navigation, closed captions, and search functionality. Find decisions or action items instantly without rewatching the entire recording and improve team coordination with searchable meeting documentation.

Connect at scale with less effort

The Broadcast module has been refreshed with a cleaner interface, simplified user list management, and the ability to schedule broadcasts in advance. Now you can deliver timely updates to client segments or internal teams with just a few clicks, all on your schedule.

Dynamically tag as you go

A new Update Workspace Tag internal automation lets you adjust workspace tags automatically based on actions completed within a flow. Keep workspaces accurately categorized without manual updates, ensuring your filters and reports always reflect current status.
