Your processes are complex. Running them shouldn't be.

With Moxo's human & AI agent workflows, move your ops from days to hours, without losing control.

Keep everyone in their swim lanes

Human-in-the-loop orchestration, end to end: agents do the work, people make the calls.

You orchestrate

Design the process, assign owners, set the rules, and watch every running instance from one place — what's complete, what's stalled, where AI is carrying the load.

People act

Employees, clients, and vendors each see one clear action with full context. No training, no seats to buy, no chasing — the process just moves.

How Moxo works

From prompt to live process in minutes

Describe it

Describe your process in plain language and Moxo turns it into a running, governed flow. No BPMN.

Anyone can act

Employees, clients, and vendors get one clear action — no licenses, no logins.

Work routes itself

Each step lands with the right person, agent, or system — and the next starts the moment it's done.

See everything

Ask what's stuck, where SLAs are at risk, why a decision was made — answered from live data.

Built for business teams,
not developers

Create processes from human actions, AI agents, and system steps — and change them yourself the day the process changes. No implementation partner, no six-month rollout.

Set up AI specialists like you'd onboard new hires

Design the agents your processes need, or bring your own — each with a defined role, skills, and guardrails, working under the same governance as your team.

Frequently asked questions

How is Moxo different from traditional BPM suites?

BPM suites model processes; the work still happens elsewhere. Moxo is where the process actually runs — human steps, AI agents, and system steps in one flow, including participants outside your company. You describe it in plain language and it's live the same day, owned by the business team that runs it.

Can't AI agents just run the whole process?

For some processes, yes — and Moxo runs those fully agentically, with long-running agents, agents handing off to each other, and supervisor agents overseeing the work. But most business processes hit moments that carry real accountability: a sign-off with legal weight, an exception call, a client commitment. Moxo is built for that mix — agents run autonomously as far as your rules allow, and the moments that need a human land with a named person, prepared and traceable.

How do you govern what AI agents do?

Every agent has a defined role, scoped permissions, and guardrails. Agents hand off to each other, supervisor agents oversee their work, and anything outside an agent's scope escalates to a named person. Agents are also graded on outcomes — every run is scored against the result it produced, and they refine from it, so performance improves under the same oversight. Every action — human or AI — lands on the audit trail.

Do clients and vendors need accounts to participate?

No. People outside your company act through secure links from an email or a text — no logins, no downloads, no new app to learn. They see one clear action with the context to complete it, and the process moves forward.
