Introducing Moxo 10.2
Moxo’s February 2026 release gives teams more control over how work pauses, resumes, and shares information across Main Flows and Shadow Flows, while simplifying workflow coordination and improving clarity across administration and reporting. The result is more predictable execution, clearer ownership, and smoother operations across complex processes.
More deliberate flow coordination
The Wait action now provides more precise coordination between Main Flows and Shadow Flows. A Main Flow can pause at a specific point, hand off work to a Shadow Flow, and resume as soon as a defined step is complete. This ensures critical background work, such as validations or system updates, is completed before dependent steps proceed.
Shadow Flows gain the same level of control in reverse. They can now wait for a specific step in the Main Flow, or for the entire flow to complete, before continuing. This makes it easier to trigger follow-up processes like reporting or notifications only after the primary workflow reaches a defined completion point.
Cleaner data handoffs between flows
Wait actions now support output variables, allowing you to decide exactly what moves from a Shadow Flow back into the Main Flow. Rather than returning all data, only selected outputs are made available for downstream logic. This creates clear data boundaries, reduces unintended dependencies, and makes complex automations easier to understand, maintain, and govern.
Better visibility into AI usage
Administrators now have direct visibility into AI credit usage from the admin portal. This makes it easier to understand how AI features are used across the organization, track adoption, and plan capacity with greater predictability. Teams can manage usage more confidently while aligning AI investment with real business value.
Stronger date-driven automation and reporting
More workspace and action dates are now available for reference in dynamic rules, including creation, completion, and due dates. This enables more precise date-based automation, improves reporting accuracy, and supports SLA tracking and compliance workflows without manual workarounds.
Clearer action context at a glance
Actions viewed from My Actions and the Actions reporting dashboard now display the workspace name. This improves clarity in high-volume environments, allowing users to quickly understand context and prioritize work without opening every item.
Expanded role and assignee support
Flow templates and actions no longer have limits on roles or assignees. Teams can now model workflows that reflect real organizational structures, especially for large, cross-functional, or enterprise processes. This removes configuration bottlenecks and makes automation easier to scale as teams grow.
Moxo 10.2 brings more intention to how workflows interact, share data, and scale across teams. It’s a release designed to make complex processes feel controlled, predictable, and easier to manage from end to end.
