What's new in Moxo: August 2025

The August 2025 release delivers enhanced control, expanded integration capabilities, and a more seamless client experience. With secure authentication, AI-generated summaries, and more, these updates are designed to optimize operational efficiency and strengthen end-to-end workflow execution.

Smarter, safer e-signatures

Moxo now supports Docusign’s identity verification option: Knowledge-Based Authentication, government ID verification, or phone-based confirmation. If your organization has these features enabled, you can now require recipients to validate their identity before signing. This update gives financial services, insurance firms, and other regulated industries a way to meet compliance needs without slowing down the process.

Client requests, reimagined

Agents can now kick off requests on behalf of the client, ideal when a client calls or emails with an issue. All attachments can also be downloaded in one click as a ZIP file, making audits and reviews faster. Admins can now reorder request types for cleaner ticket creation, ensuring that the most relevant options are displayed first.

AI summarizes your meetings

Moxo’s built-in AI now generates a summary from your meeting transcript within minutes. Hosts can edit the summary, and all participants can view and copy it. This eliminates the need for manual note-taking and ensures that key decisions and next steps are clearly captured and accessible.

Flow flexibility for complex integrations

Moxo’s Wait step now supports external URL callbacks, enabling a flow to pause until a third-party system completes its process. When the external system finishes, it can trigger the flow to resume by calling Moxo’s Inbound API with a unique token. Alternatively, users can choose to manually mark the Wait step as complete. This enhancement supports seamless coordination between Moxo and external systems such as compliance tools, ERP platforms, or CRMs, improving automation without sacrificing control or flexibility.

Manual reminders for overdue actions

Internal users can now manually send reminders to assignees for overdue actions using a dedicated “Send Reminder” button in the action details view. To support responsible follow-ups, the interface also displays the timestamp of the last reminder sent, helping teams avoid excessive notifications. This enhancement encourages timely task completion while maintaining transparency and accountability across stakeholders.

Streamlined group onboarding with controlled client invitations

Internal users can now create client groups directly from their contacts and add members silently, meaning contacts are added without triggering an immediate invitation. This allows teams to build and organize groups in advance, without notifying clients until they’re ready to launch a workflow. When prepared, the entire group can be invited at once. You can also resend invitations to any pending members who haven’t joined. These enhancements reduce unnecessary notifications and give internal teams greater control over how and when clients are engaged.

Improved visibility for client collaboration

Clients now have access to a dedicated @Mentions widget on their dashboard, enabling them to view all their mentions across workspaces in one place. This enhancement improves visibility into ongoing discussions and ensures clients stay informed and responsive throughout the engagement.

More control in flows and reporting

Flows with pre-configured automatic triggers can now be launched manually, giving you flexibility to test or override behavior. Workspace reports also now include action statuses, like “In Progress” or “Overdue”, to help admins spot bottlenecks and track performance at a glance.

Moxo’s August 2025 release empowers teams to move faster, with fewer gaps and more certainty- whether you're launching a complex flow or just sending a quick reminder.
