Moxo’s July 2025 release brings flexible reporting, smarter automation, and cleaner workspaces to your organization. With more control and clarity in every workflow, this update helps teams work more efficiently and make better decisions, faster.

Sharper Reporting

Reporting is now more powerful, with custom date range filters and advanced filters that let you quickly access the specific data you need. Instead of creating separate filters, you can select multiple values within a single filter for a more tailored view.

New columns for “Completed” and “Due Date” provide instant insight into progress, while exports now include Workspace and Action IDs for easier tracking. You can also personalize your workspace by reordering custom views and applying new filters, such as “Assigned To” and “Workspace Status”, for even more refined reporting.

Intentional Action Management

Now, the Launch Web App action includes a confirmation step, reducing accidental self-assignments when working with teams or groups. Clicking “Confirm” assigns it to you, clicking “Cancel” keeps it unassigned.

The redesigned Action Panel for web and desktop opens as a popup dialog for improved visibility and focus. Users accessing actions via Magic Links will also enjoy this improved, streamlined experience.

Smarter Automation and Branching

Conditional branching rules are now more intuitive, adapting options based on the type of field you’re working with, whether it’s text, numbers, drop-downs, or dates. This means you can set up more precise and relevant automation, reducing errors and saving time.

Enhanced PDF Forms

PDF forms now support better character spacing and field limits, ensuring entries like Social Security Numbers and Employee IDs are always formatted correctly. Unique field names make third-party integrations and exports even easier.
