What's new in Moxo: June 2025

Ryan Forsythe, Content Marketing Specialist, Moxo

Moxo's June 2025 release brings new levels of simplicity and flexibility to run your workflows in Moxo. With expanded magic link access, more flexible branching, and enhanced integrations, this update is designed to streamline teamwork and help organizations work smarter.

Instant access with Magic Link for all users

Magic Link access now extends to internal users, making it easier than ever for contributors to join workspaces directly from email invitations—no account creation or login required. This frictionless entry boosts engagement and accelerates collaboration, especially for cross-departmental projects or temporary contributors. Magic Links are now supported across all workspace types, including 1-on-1 and group workspaces, ensuring a consistent experience across the platform.

Native Microsoft Teams meeting integration

Organizations can now schedule and join Microsoft Teams meetings directly within Moxo. This is an additional option to Moxo, Zoom or Offline meetings, aligning with your preferred enterprise meeting platform. Admins can enable Teams meetings at the organization level to standardize usage across workspaces.

Smarter automation with nested branching

Workflow building is now more powerful with support for up to two levels of nested conditional and decision branches. This allows teams to create advanced flows, such as multi-level approvals or onboarding paths.

Broadcasts delivered directly to Client Inboxes

The new Broadcast to Inbox feature lets administrators send updates straight to a client inbox module in the client portal. Messages can include attachments and target all clients or specific distribution lists, improving engagement and reducing manual outreach. Clients can view announcements in a dedicated space, clearly separated from workspace messages and task updates. Available as a Business Pro premium add-on, this tool enables efficient, targeted communication at scale.

Enhanced DocuSign integration

The DocuSign integration now supports additional anchor tag fields, including initials and date signed. These enhancements allow for further automation for organizations that use DocuSign for signatures.

Expanded internal user permissions

All internal users, not just workspace owners, can now re-send invitations within workspaces. This reduces bottlenecks, speeds up collaboration, and ensures that team members can act quickly when inviting participants or following up on pending access.

Seamless workflow access, smarter workflow automation

June’s release reinforces Moxo’s commitment to effortless workflow execution and robust automation. Discover how these enhancements can drive increased productivity and engagement across every team.
