Moxo's May 2025 release advances how organizations orchestrate complex workflows and drive business processes forward. This release introduces smarter flow oversight, clearer action visibility, deeper integration capabilities, and much more—giving teams greater control and clarity to deliver exceptional results.
Smarter workflow execution
Workspace Due Dates now let you set deadlines for entire Flow Workspaces, not just individual tasks. A clean timeline bar appears across the top of your workspace with visual status badges that instantly show if projects are on track, due today, or overdue. Workspace owners receive timely notifications as deadlines approach, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
The new Summary View serves as your command center for monitoring all workspaces at once. Group your processes by status, templates, clients, or owners, then filter to quickly identify which ones need immediate attention. This centralized dashboard is available on both desktop and mobile, giving you complete oversight wherever you work.
Enhanced Task Completion allows all internal users in a Flow Workspace to mark tasks as completed, eliminating bottlenecks and encouraging shared ownership of workflows. This prevents delays previously caused by having to reassign tasks for completion and keeps projects moving forward smoothly.
Greater clarity across workflow activity
Automated notifications about flow progress, like “Flow initiated” or “Review Agreement assigned”, are now clearly distinguishable from chat messages and appear as clickable links that take you directly to the related action.
Notification Settings have been simplified with a unified approach. Instead of configuring alerts for each workspace separately, you can now set your preferences once at the user profile level. Choose to receive notifications for all activities, only mentions and assignments, or mute them entirely. For specific projects, a simple "Mute Notifications" toggle in Workspace Settings gives you granular control.
All invitation and action links sent via Moxo emails and SMS now use shortened URLs. These concise links fit into character-limited text messages and help provide a cleaner experience for recipients.
Archive enhancements that reduce the noise
The improved archiving functionality helps you maintain focus on active projects. Actions from archived workspaces are now hidden from overview lists like "Your Turn," "Pending," and "Completed," significantly reducing interface clutter. When searching globally, archived workspaces display an "ARCHIVED" badge for clear identification. Additionally, notifications for due or overdue items in archived workspaces are automatically suppressed, eliminating distractions from completed projects.
Forms and Integrations that work smarter
New integrations with Salesforce and HubSpot allow you to trigger workflows automatically when opportunities are updated or deals reach specific stages. The JotForm Action Integration provides an alternative to Moxo's default Forms, giving you more flexibility in how you collect information.
Form fields now support unique names up to 50 characters, making them easier to identify in automations and integrations. Set default values and use Dynamic Data Reference to auto-fill information across more field types, including multi-select options, phone numbers, dates, and addresses. You can even customize address field labels to match regional conventions, improving global accessibility.
Multiple File Upload capability has been added to Forms, allowing clients to submit related documents together in a single form field. This enhancement reduces the risk of missing attachments or misfiled items, streamlining your document collection process.
New Workspace Variables have been introduced, including workspace email address and workspace URL. These additions enable deeper automations, such as sending workspace URLs to HubSpot for CRM tracking, giving you more flexibility in your workflows.
Moxo's May 2025 release refines the way Moxo powers your processes—enhancing how business gets done, decisions are driven, and outcomes are delivered.
