Moxo’s October 2025 release gives clients more autonomy, improves workflow accuracy, and expands integration capabilities. From client-initiated processes to smarter form controls and dynamic data automation, every enhancement is designed to make operations smoother, faster, and more intuitive.
Client-initiated flows: Empowering client autonomy
This release introduces Client-Initiated Flows, giving clients the ability to independently start new workflows directly from their portal. Using the new “Start” button, they can select from pre-configured templates to instantly launch workspaces for a variety of processes, like onboarding or service requests.
Each template includes default roles, ownership, and participants, ensuring every process starts in compliance with internal standards. Template owners can specify which workflows are eligible for client initiation, while organization admins maintain governance by controlling which templates appear in the client portal and who can access them.
For clients, this provides a faster way to begin work without waiting for internal setup. For teams, it reduces manual steps, shortens turnaround times, and helps manage a larger number of requests more efficiently. Client-Initiated Flows streamline process orchestration while maintaining governance and consistency across processes.
Smarter forms with dynamic dropdowns
The Form Builder now includes Dynamic Dropdown fields, enabling real-time adaptability based on previous selections. For example, selecting a country dynamically filters the region options shown next. This creates more intuitive forms, reduces input errors, and ensures data remains structured and consistent across submissions.
Follow Up Boss connector
A new integration with Follow Up Boss enhances CRM connectivity for real estate professionals. Activity data from Moxo, such as client interactions and workspace updates, flows directly into Follow Up Boss, keeping client information centralized and ensuring complete visibility in one system.
Additional tuning enhancements
Automated context with dynamic data
Dynamic Data Reference (DDR) support has been expanded to workspace titles and descriptions in Flow Templates. Users can now automatically pull contextual values, such as created date, workspace owner, tags, or variables, directly into new workspaces. This automation minimizes repetitive input and ensures every workspace launches with accurate, contextual information from the start.
Broadcast to pending clients
Broadcast messages can now be sent to pending client users in addition to active ones. Onboarding instructions and announcements can reach clients earlier in the process, improving engagement and reducing delays before activation.
Expanded action descriptions
The character limit for action descriptions has increased from 500 to 2,000 characters, giving teams more room to include detailed instructions, notes, or compliance details within each step, improving clarity and execution accuracy.
Streamlined, accurate, and in control
Laguna 9.18 introduces advancements that enhance client workflows, strengthen data accuracy, and give teams greater control across every process, helping organizations deliver with speed, precision, and confidence.
