What's new at Moxo: January 2026
Moxo 10.1 is designed to remove friction at the very start of your workflows and add more clarity throughout execution. This release makes it easier for anyone to kick off a process, gives teams better visibility into timing and accountability, and adds thoughtful refinements that improve day-to-day coordination across workspaces.
Start workflows from anywhere
Moxo 10.1 introduces Start Link, formerly Client Start, a more flexible way to launch client-initiated workflows. Anyone, whether authenticated or not, can start a flow using a generated link, removing the need to log in before getting started. Start Links can be shared as a direct URL, embedded into a website using an iFrame, or accessed through a QR code, making it easier to start workflows from emails, web pages, or physical touchpoints.
Start Links can be enabled across all flow templates, including private templates and those stored inside folders, and are managed directly from the Template Preview page or the Flow Templates menu. Once a Start Link is opened, users are guided through a simple Start the flow page to provide the required information and initiate the workflow immediately. Templates must be public and located in the root folder to appear under the Start button in the client portal.
Clearer reporting and accountability
Workspace and Action List Reports now include action creation, completion, and due timestamps, along with workspace creation and completion timestamps. Action List Reports also display the assigned client group or team name, making ownership and timelines easier to track across workflows.
More control over scheduling and availability
When connecting Google or Outlook calendars, users can now choose which calendars, including shared calendars, are used to determine availability. This ensures time booking reflects actual availability and reduces scheduling conflicts.
Longer voice messages
Voice messages now support recordings up to 10 minutes, allowing users to share more complete updates or explanations without switching tools.
Expanded international form support
Phone number fields now include Monaco in the country code dropdown, improving form usability for international users.
